Confused Mr Krabs

Where it came from
A frame pulled from the 2001 SpongeBob episode "Patty Hype", where Mr. Krabs stands in his empty Krusty Krab after every customer ditches him for SpongeBob's Pretty Patties stand. It started going around as a reaction image on Twitter in 2016.
It's a single frame of Mr. Krabs standing in his empty restaurant, blurred and smeared across the shot like the animators cranked the motion blur to maximum. His eyes are pointing in two different directions. He looks like he just walked into a room and forgot why, multiplied by a thousand. You post it on its own, no caption needed, the moment something stops making sense to you.
It's the universal "I have no idea what is happening right now" image. Someone explains tax brackets, you reply with Krabs. You open your group chat to 90 unread messages and zero context, Krabs. The blur is the entire point. It reads as your brain physically buffering. Other confusion memes need a caption to land; this one just needs the picture.
It's been in heavy rotation for years and shows no sign of stopping, which almost never happens for a reaction image. Most burn out inside a season. This one survives every algorithm change and platform migration because the blur does the work no caption can.
