Roll Safe Think About It

Where it came from
British comedian Kayode Ewumi as the character Reece Simpson in the 2016 mockumentary "Hood Documentary". He taps his temple while delivering a piece of absolute fake wisdom.
A guy taps the side of his head with his finger, smiling like he's just figured out the secret of life. The caption is always a piece of galaxy-brained logic that sounds smart for about half a second before you realize it's terrible. "Can't fail your exam if you don't take it." "Can't get food poisoning if you don't cook."
It's the "big-brain fake wisdom" meme, and it dominated that niche for a couple of years. The finger-tap is what sells it — he's not just saying the dumb thing, he's proud of having figured it out, and that pride is the whole joke.
Still pops up now and then but feels a little 2017. Mostly replaced by newer "galaxy brain" formats.
