The Rock Driving

Where it came from
A two-panel image of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson driving — first looking forward calmly, then turning in shock to react to the passenger. Became a meme template in the 2010s as the "double-take while driving" reaction.
Two panels. Top: The Rock is driving, eyes on the road, a passenger saying something. Bottom: same frame, but The Rock has whipped his head around to stare at the passenger in complete disbelief. You fill in what the passenger said to cause that reaction — something so out-of-pocket or stupid that you had to stop paying attention to the road.
The head-turn is the whole meme. It's the visual form of "wait, what did you just say to me?" The Rock's expression is so committed that whatever you put in the caption feels like the most unhinged thing ever uttered in a car.
Still used occasionally. Not trendy but not quite dead.
